Much like the gorgeous Crystorama ‘Maria Theresa’ chandelier that graces my dining room for the first time this year! It’s a nod to the decadent traditional chandeliers of old, but with a new modern feel. Plus, it lends so much sparkle and charm to my Thanksgiving dining room!
I wanted to compliment my new dining room design with a nature-inspired tablescape. One filled with earthy elements, seasonal foliage clippings, the musky scent of pinecones, and the saturated moody colors of fall, all set against candlelight and the sparkle of crystals!”

Sparkle
In my room, the crystals from my chandelier create a magical feel as light refracts, bouncing around the room. You can create a similar feeling by adding reflective accessories in addition to candlelight.
Texture
Add visual interest by layering the table with texture. From the cloth napkins chosen to the floral arrangements and beyond, variety in texture is the unsung hero to a dynamic design!
Color
Color can affect mood, so consider your goal when choosing colors. If the desired effect is warm, inviting, and calm, choose greens and dark blues, which are soothing, comforting colors. Don’t be afraid to mix and match the colors of your dinnerware, drinking glasses, and décor.
